Fairfield is a town in Somerset County, Maine, United States. The town includes Fairfield Center, Fairfield village and Hinckley. It is home to the Good Will-Hinckley School, Lawrence High School and Kennebec Valley Community College.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 54.6 square miles (141.5 km2), of which, 53.8 square miles (139.3 km2) of it is land and 0.9 square miles (2.2 km2) of it (1.56%) is water. Fairfield is drained by the Kennebec River.
